First of all dry seasoned wood is sourced from reputed timber houses by our quality controller staff.

Seasoned wood is processed and jointed to make the raw structure of furniture.

CNC or Carving is done as per the client needs & Requirements.
Wood Sanding
Wood Sanding
Raw wooden structure is processed using Sanding machines using 80no , 120 no and 220 n sanding papers.
Polishing
Polishing
After sanding the product is properly polished using good quality lacquer , sealer and stain.

Product is packed using hight standard plastic and corrugated packing material which passes drop test
